We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled individual to join our team as a Maintenance Person at Housing Hub in Saint Paul, MN. As a Maintenance Person, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and repair of our properties to provide a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Perform minor repairs on walls, doors, windows, flooring, and fixtures.

• Complete basic drywall work including taping, mudding, and sanding.

• Carry out general manual labor tasks such as lifting, moving materials, and assisting with building upkeep.

• Maintain outdoor areas through landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, raking, and snow removal.

• Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and basic sanitization of common areas.

• Assist with property setup and teardown for events or seasonal changes.

• Monitor and report any safety or repair needs promptly to supervisors.

• Follow established health and safety procedures at all times.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation required
• Must be able to follow directions and learn quickly
• Must professionally represent Housing Hub at all times
• Must be proficient and comfortable with computer, tablet, smartphone tech
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screening
